COVID-19 Procedures
With the COVID-19 situation heating back up this fall, we are putting procedures in place to keep you and your family‘s bubble and our bubble as small as possible. This is an effort to protect our growers, employees and all families from the risk of exposure to this virus.
The following are our guidelines for the fall customer meeting season:
- We will be distributing our weigh wagon information to each grower shortly. We would like to set up as many phone meetings as possible to go over the information important to you. We encourage you to print off copies of the weigh check information, so we can simultaneously review the information as we discuss ideas over the phone. Our goal is to make our interaction feel like we are sitting in the same room.
- If you require a face-to-face meeting, we encourage you to plan ahead and make an appointment to see Adam or Mitch. Bud will be handling phone calls but will not be doing in person meetings this fall.
- Due to the size of our office, only 2 people at a time will be allowed entry to the offices – 1 in Adam’s office and 1 in Mitch’s office. Entry to the office will be done through the garage. Table and chairs will be provided in case you have to wait for someone else to leave the office. We will have a hand sanitation station and masks will be provided. We will ask you to fill out a contact declaration and put on a mask before you come into the office to discuss your plans for next year.
- If you wish to have an on-farm visit, we will set that up by appointment as in the past, but would prefer, if possible, to do this in a larger area – ex; shop or multi car garage.
We thank you for your co-operation and we look forward to resuming normal operations when the situation allows. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
